It is a house of the late eighteenth century in stone and wood equipped with all comforts in the ancient village of Volegno located in the Apuan Park of 80 square meters suitable for 2 to 4 people and consists of a kitchenette and living room with fireplace on the first floor and a ducted pellet stove that heats the whole house, climbing an onion stone staircase you can access the upper floor where there is a spacious bedroom and a bathroom complete with shower.
The house is in the center of the village with near the square where there are no cars also suitable for children,, for those who like to walk you can hike on Mount Forato , Pendant water, Mosceta and the Pania della Croce very close to the ancient village of Pruno. The house is also only a thirty minute drive from the main cities of the Pietrasanta coast and Forte dei Marmi among all, with its beautiful and renowned beaches
At the entrance to the house is a private terrace with stone table and chairs for an aperitif or breakfast in a picturesque corner of the village.
